At Gorjana, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in the original gift box and shipping mailer, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
